Evaluation Plan
Unlike many
software purchases that typically don't
have a plan until after you purchase the
software, ours begins long before you
have made any commitments.
After some initial
discussions where we learn about your
business and share more details on BOSS®
LM, we put together a mutually agreed
upon evaluation plan. This plan
outlines the steps in the process that
we will go through together to determine if
BOSS®
LM is a good fit for your business.
At each step in the evaluation plan
there is a
mutual decision point on whether or not
to proceed. At the completion of
the evaluation plan you will have a
Fit/Gap Assessment, Value Analysis and
an Implementation Road Map among other
items. We do this to clearly
communicate with our customers and
properly set expectations to ensure a
successful implementation.
After the final agreement to proceed, it usually
takes 2 - 4 months for you to be running in a
production mode on BOSS® LM. This
includes data conversion, training,
process mapping and testing. BOSS®
LM is a very extensive system and
typically requires a complete cutover
from previous processes and systems.
