Completing Training is just a start. BOSS Certifications ensure your team has the knowledge they need to make the most out of BOSS. We recommend having at least one person certified in each key area.
Basic BOSS Certification
- Sales Certification – Managing leads and properties, creating various types of work orders and contracts, and reporting.
- Operations Certification – Forecasting work & labor needs, production dashboard scheduling, time entry, issue management and routing, BOSS mobile, and reporting.
- Purchasing Certification – Managing purchase orders and purchase order receipts, using material management, and related reporting.
- System Administration Certification (designed for the BOSS Super User and backup Super User)
Advanced Certification. This is available upon request.
