Completing training is just the start. BOSS Basic Certifications ensure your team has the knowledge they need to make the most of BOSS. We recommend having your BOSS Super User and BOSS Backup Super User take all five certifications as well as having at least one additional person certified in each key area.

BOSS Basic Certifications
- Sales Certification will test your knowledge of sales functionality including leads, properties, contracts, and work orders.
- Production Certification will test your knowledge of production functionality including forecasting work, ticket management, scheduling, time entry, issues, and BOSS mobile.
- Purchasing Certification will test your knowledge of purchase order functionality including managing purchase orders and purchase order receipts, and using materials management.
- Billing Certification will test your knowledge of billing functionality including generating invoices, managing invoices, and progress billing.
- System Administration Certification will test your knowledge of BOSS basic user functionality.
